Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Taleva AI S.L. (“Taleva”, “we”, “us”, “our”) talent-sourcing platform and related services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Subscriptions & Accounts

  • Taleva is licensed on a per-seat basis. Each seat corresponds to a single, named user. Seat-sharing is not permitted.

  • Subscriptions may include one or more seats. Pricing is applied per seat per month (or other agreed billing period).

  • Access is currently provided through sales agreements. Self-service signups may be introduced later.

  • You are responsible for all use under your account. Keep login credentials secure and do not share them.

2) Trials, Renewals & Cancellation

  • We may offer free trials. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will apply after cancellation.

3) Refunds

  • Payments are generally non-refundable.

  • In exceptional cases, we may (at our sole discretion) issue a pro-rata refund.

4) Use of Data

  • Taleva enables users to search and access professional information that is publicly available or legally obtained.

  • You may export candidate information within reasonable limits for legitimate hiring purposes.

  • Mass or systematic export of candidate data is prohibited.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize Taleva data or outputs outside legitimate recruitment activities.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any messages or outreach you send through the Service comply with applicable laws, including GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, or other anti-spam/consent requirements.

5) Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use Taleva to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated queries outside permitted features).

  • Attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

  • Use Taleva for purposes other than legitimate recruitment and talent acquisition.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

6) Service Availability & Updates

  • We strive to maintain reliable and secure Services, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

  • Updates, improvements, and enhancements may be released automatically.

  • Certain features may be offered as beta or experimental; these are provided “as-is” without guarantees.

7) Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect third-party integrations (e.g., Google, Microsoft, email providers):

  • Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

  • Taleva is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations originating from those third-party systems.

  • You remain responsible for ensuring your use of integrations complies with applicable laws.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Taleva does not guarantee that candidate data is error-free, up to date, or suitable for every hiring need.

  • Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taleva’s total liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the total subscription fees paid to Taleva in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9) Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the Taleva platform, software, brand, and content belong to Taleva AI S.L. or its licensors.

  • Customers retain any rights in data they upload to their Taleva workspace.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

  • Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms take effect upon posting. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or through the Service.
